My path into HR wasn't a straight line — it was a calling I discovered along the way. Starting out in office management, I found myself drawn deeper and deeper into the people side of business: the policies, the processes, the moments that make or break a team. What began as curiosity became conviction.
I fell in love with the work. Not just the compliance checklists or the onboarding paperwork — but the real, human impact of getting HR right. Watching a founder finally feel confident in their hiring process, or seeing a small team thrive because they have a real foundation beneath them — that's what drives me every single day.
Helping startups and growing small businesses reach the summit of their potential is more than my mission — it's my passion. Root & Summit HR exists because every ambitious team deserves the infrastructure to grow boldly, build confidently, and never be held back by the things that should have been in place from day one.
